BEN TAYLOR | FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Ben is first and foremost a video editor and producer, with 10 years experience. He specialises in PR, advertising and social content creation, starting his career within the founding studio team at Weber Shandwick, as Senior Editor and then Head of Production at BCW Global. He has produced for clients such as Virgin Atlantic, Mars, Netflix, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Vauxhall, Novartis and Nestle.
​Through working directly inhouse for some of the worlds largest PR agencies, Ben has a clear understanding of the importance of creating content that aligns with your brand's identity and communicates your message effectively. He's worked closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring that every project undertaken reflects their unique style and requirements.
Above all, Ben prides himself on delivering high-quality work, as efficiently as possible, that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

MIKE BUONAIUTO | SENIOR ADVISOR (OPERATIONS)
With a background in documentary and film, Mike Buonaiuto is a seasoned business leader within both UK and US creative industries. He founded, scaled and exited Shape History, the award-winning social impact communications agency from '15 - '22. Formerly, he built the creative studio within Weber Shandwick's EMEA offering, and the United Nations' 'Free&Equal' initiative in New York.
He currently serves as a senior advisor specialising in optics & operations, working with industry-leading creative businesses, startups and social enterprises.
Mike's book 'Founder Therapy', published June '23 reaching best-seller status. His TEDx talk, ‘No wonder people are quitting - business must do better’ was selected and featured by TED’s Editor picks. He supports Virgin Startup as their ‘Entrepreneur In Residence’ and NatWest’s Business Accelerator as their ‘Business Startup Coach.​’​
SHAY SADRI | SENIOR EDITOR / PRODUCER
Shay is trained in design and animation, taking these skills forward into video and film production. For the last 5 years prior to joining Tailored Studios, Shay led a production team in B2B communications, producing content for some of the world’s leading tech companies and major entertainment enterprises.
Shay is a strong advocate for our plug-and-play model, crafting stunning, newsworthy content by seamlessly blending efficient project workflows with advanced editing technology and expertise.
